Learn from the best

Hello graduate recruiter 👋 In the global war for early talent your job can be very challenging. GRN is here to make your life easier through a friendly support network of people like you, with jobs like yours, at companies like yours with challenges like yours.

Welcome to the Graduate Recruiters Network (GRN), the world’s leading invitation-only, supplier-free, membership organisation for early talent recruiters. GRN will provide you with the knowledge, confidence and support you need to attract, recruit and develop early talent.

Set up by Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) in 2009 exclusively for clients and associates, this gives you an opportunity to become an even better equipped graduate recruiter and be part of a growing mission to share best practice and reach 10,000 members worldwide by 2025.

Members are carefully selected Early Talent Managers, Talent Leads, HRD, HRM, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, Recruitment Managers, Recruitment Directors, Talent Partners, Chief People Officers, Succession Planning Managers or University Careers Staff. Members range from a broad spectrum of companies and sectors with one thing in common – responsibility for University student or graduate recruitment.

GRN provides a confidential and relaxed environment to discuss current issues in graduate recruitment, share knowledge and best practice and ultimately help each other reach our graduate recruitment goals.

Throughout the year we run a series of webinars and in-person events in the City of London.

GRN was established in 2009 by Dan Hawes, Co-Founder of GRB.
