What is GRN? GRN is an invitation-only members group exclusively for clients of Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) and other carefully selected Graduate Recruiters, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, Recruitment Managers, Recruitment Directors, Talent Partners and Talent Leads.

Why was GRN set up? The aim of the network is to provide a confidential and relaxed environment to discuss current issues in graduate recruitment, share knowledge and best practice and ultimately help each other reach our graduate recruitment goals. GRB hope to add value for their clients and also meet new recruiters.

Who is behind GRN?
GRN was established in 2009 by Dan Hawes, Co-Founder of GRB. ICAEW kindly host our events.

What does it cost to join? There are two levels of membership. Standard membership is free and VIP membership is £299 for the year.

How many members are there? GRN currently has over 2,600 members. We aim to reach 10,000 members by 2025. Members are from a broad spectrum of sectors ranging from FTSE100 recruiters through to fast growing SMEs with one thing in common – responsibility for graduate recruitment in the UK and across the world.

Where are GRN members based? The majority are based across the UK with a high proportion in London. We also have members from overseas.
