Learn from the best

Hello graduate recruiter! In the war for talent our jobs can be very tough. GRN is here to make your life easier through a friendly support network.

Welcome to the Graduate Recruiters Network (GRN).  GRN will provide you with the knowledge, confidence and support you require to attract, recruit and develop graduates.

GRN is an invitation-only members group exclusively for clients of Graduate Recruitment Bureau (GRB) and other carefully selected Graduate Recruiters, HR Advisors, HR Business Partners, Recruitment Managers, Recruitment Directors, Talent Partners and Talent Leads. Members range from a broad spectrum of companies and sectors with one thing in common – responsibility for graduate recruitment in the UK and across the world.

GRN provides a confidential and relaxed environment to discuss current issues in graduate recruitment, share knowledge and best practice and ultimately help each other reach our graduate recruitment goals.

Every March, June, September and December we invite up to 40 UK-based members to a GRN Masterclass event in the City of London. For two hours we hear presentations from experts such as Senior Graduate Recruiters, University Heads of Careers, Researchers, Thought Leaders and Practitioners including spending time discussing and debating the key issues.

This is your chance to get involved in a mission to share best practice among graduate recruiters and reach 10,000 members worldwide by 2025. The network currently has 2,601 members.

GRN was established in 2009 by Dan Hawes, Co-Founder of GRB.
